Class Descriptions

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

This class develops fitness, strength and physical skill through constantly varied functional movements. Expect body weight movements, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sprints, box jumps, and/or jump ropes. Any movement is fair game! These are utilized to create a strength and conditioning workout that increases endurance, increases leanmuscle mass, and improves overall health in day-to-day activities.

30 minute class

VINYASA FLOW (Yoga)

Vinyasa Flow emphasizes sequential posture movements synchronized to the breath. This style is sometimes called flow yoga, because of the smooth way the poses run together. Expect a fully balanced class of forward bending, twists, backbends with opportunity for inversions. The beginning yoga student will feel gently guided and assured throughout class and the advanced yoga student will flow through the poses with ease. Come find your inner strength, flexibility, and peace.   55 minute class

H.I.I.T.

(High Intensity Interval Training)
This class is based on the Tabata training principles of short, intense bursts of peak effort and then rest. This is a calorie blaster! This class not only burns calories, but builds muscle endurance too!

30 minute class

BOOTCAMP

A fun, full body workout for all ages! Each week is a different workout, and can be tailored to any fitness level. All workouts include at least one upper, lower, core and/or cardio exercise.

45 minute class

CIRCUIT

A high-intensity, cardio-based class that burns calories through various bodyweight and resistance-based exercise stations. Circuit training is a total body challenge that is designed to target strength building and improve agility and muscular endurance.
