Sydney Renik

Facility Manager/Director of Athletic Performance

Qualifications

My name is Sydney Renik, and I graduated with a Master of Science in Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. As part of my Master’s program, I completed a five month internship at D1 Sports Training in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I received my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science/Business at Ripon College in Wisconsin. In addition to my academic education, I have also obtained CSCS, USAW, and Personal Training certifications. I competed in cross country and track during my high school and college years, with running continuing to be a big part of my life today. I love to learn and am excited to be a part of the team here at Fox Valley Fitness!

Grace McReynolds


Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach

Qualifications

Grace graduated from Western Illinois University in Spring of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. She holds her CSCS through the NSCA and is a certified Eleiko Strength Coach (Olympic lifting) as well. She is First Aid/CPR certified and an NFHS Certified Level 2 High School Coach. Grace is also the Head Coach for Batavia High School Cheerleading having competed in the sport all through middle school and high school as well as 2 years at a D1 school. She started to love weightlifting in high school and has always had a love for it. Grace is the type of person to try anything once and will urge you to do the same in your fitness journey!

Tyler Konecki

Personal Trainer

Qualifications

My name is Tyler Konecki, and I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from MacMurray College. While attending, I played 3 years of collegiate baseball. Sports and weight lifting have played a major role in my life and are the reason for my interest and involvement in helping others with their fitness journey. Since 2016, I have worked with high school and collegiate coaches to build team workout programs and incorporate physical training sessions into practices. I look forward to helping individuals reach new goals and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
