As part of my Master’s program, I completed a five month internship at D1 Sports Training in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I received my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science/Business at Ripon College in Wisconsin. In addition to my academic education, I have also obtained CSCS, USAW, and Personal Training certifications. I competed in cross country and track during my high school and college years, with running continuing to be a big part of my life today. I love to learn and am excited to be a part of the team here at Fox Valley Fitness!

My name is Tyler Konecki, and I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from MacMurray College. While attending, I played 3 years of collegiate baseball. Sports and weight lifting have played a major role in my life and are the reason for my interest and involvement in helping others with their fitness journey. Since 2016, I have worked with high school and collegiate coaches to build team workout programs and incorporate physical training sessions into practices. I look forward to helping individuals reach new goals and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
