As part of my Master’s program, I completed a five month internship at D1 Sports Training in Green Bay, Wisconsin. I received my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science/Business at Ripon College in Wisconsin. In addition to my academic education, I have also obtained CSCS, USAW, and Personal Training certifications. I competed in cross country and track during my high school and college years, with running continuing to be a big part of my life today. Coming from an athletic background throughout my life, I have always been fascinated with athletic performance. In 2018, I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I deeply enjoy working with athletes, helping them achieve different levels in their sport. In the strength and conditioning world, speed and agility training is an aspect in which I thrive in. I’ve been working with Cyclones Hockey Club for some time now. Learning about the athletes and building relationships with them as well seeing them progress in their athletic ability makes me love what I do.
